Mimosa (Champagne with Orange Juice)

If you love orange juice and bubbles, this is your drink.

  • 3 ounces (90 ml) Champagne or sparkling wine
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) Orange Juice

Directions: Pour chilled Champagne into flutes, and then top with chilled orange juice.

 

Bellini (Prosecco with Peach Juice)

An Italian classic – elegant and fun! Good for anytime you want to celebrate life.

  • 3 ounces (90 ml) Prosecco or other sparkling wine
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) Peach Juice

Directions: Pour chilled Prosecco into flutes, and then top with chilled peach juice.

 

Kir Royale (Champagne with Cassis)

Slide1A sophisticated and beautiful dark rose colored drink. Great for Sunday brunch or before dinner.

  • ¼ ounce (8 ml) Crème de Cassis
  • 3 ounces (90 ml) of Champagne or sparkling wine

Directions: Pour Crème de Cassis in Champagne flute and then top with chilled Champagne.
